For ALPS code development you should access the most recent version via SVN (subversion). Go to ALPS 2.0:Getting Started to get started. If you have never used SVN before, try ALPS subversion for dummies for a quick introduction. Also have a look at our websvn https://alps.comp-phys.org/websvn.
The ALPS_Tinderbox is disabled for the time being.
