  • Latex format for project sketches -> June 21
  • Draft of project sketches (project leaders) -> July 15
  • 1st rough draft of general sketch (RN & FA) -> end of July
  • 1st real draft of preproposal (Everyone) -> end of August
  • Final Meeting: mid-end September
  • Submission -> 1 October
