Software on D-PHYS computers
The ALPS software and VisTrails are installed on the computers in the seminar room. The paths are:
- VisTrails application: /home/gamperl/opt/bin/vistrails. When you open VisTrails for a new user, the ALPS package will not yet be loaded. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Module Packages and enable vtlcreator, controlflow and alps. Then, go to the Configuration for ALPS and set the variable alpspath to /home/gamperl/opt/bin.
- ALPS applications: /home/gamperl/opt/bin/<xxx>
- ALPS libraries: /home/gamperl/opt/lib
- ALPS include files: /home/gamperl/opt/include
- Boost: /home/gamperl/opt/source/boost_1_44_0
We recommend that you use one of the following machines: plempy.ethz.ch, plompy.ethz.ch, plumpy.ethz.ch. Don't expect the above software to work on the 32bit computers!
