Lincoln D. Carr

The Carr theoretical physics group at the Colorado School School of Mines has folded our open source version of Time-Evolving Block Decimation (TEBD), Open Source TEBD, into ALPS. In addition to our efforts for openTEBD and ALPS, our group maintains and develops the Open Source Matrix Product States codes, OpenMPS. OpenMPS is a more general variational Matrix Product States application which supports many additional features, including open quantum system dynamics in beta stage, exact diagonalization, and multiple time propagation methods for short and long-range interactions (see here). This work is supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation.
